Return & Refund Policy
At BDR–Ventures2, LLC, all apparel is made to order, meaning every item is created specifically for you.
For that reason, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, you may request store credit within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Store Credit
You may request store credit only if your item:

Arrived damaged

Was misprinted
-
Was the incorrect item received
To start a claim, email info.hearod@bdr-ventures.com with:

Your order number
-
A clear photo of the issue

A brief description of the problem
Approved claims will receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card usable on future purchases.
Non-Eligible Items (Final Sale)
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Wrong size ordered

Buyer’s remorse

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Clearance or sale items

Digital products
Because every piece is printed to order, returned apparel cannot be restocked or reused.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
